- CFChristine Fiore2 days ago2.0There was no one stationed at the front counter as they expect you to either mobile order or order at the kiosk. For that reason, I watched 2 customers walk out due to long wait. You weren't even acknowledged when you walked in. I had a problem with an order I was picking up an UberEats order. I was there a good 10 mins and the only person to ask what I was waiting for was a girl who came back from break. She started to help me. Quickly found an issue then promptly picked up her phone, then spoke to the other employee and then went and jumped on food prep. She never communicated what the issue was... nothing. Apparently another driver picked it up, but forgot part of the order. The customer never received that order. So I had the restaurant make the entire order over and delivered it.

He was very hard-working and running the place by himself it seems like. The building is really nice and the update I don't know how long ago they did it also is nice.

Why are so many McDonald’s franchises owned or operated by, and/or staffed by people who don’t speak English, or worse, don’t understand English? It’s not xenophobic, so don’t even start! If you’re going to do business here or work here LEARN TO UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK ENGLISH. The quality suffers because of it and the attitudes the workers seem to have. McDonald’s corporate could give a hoot. I wish for the days they did!
