- BBBenAug 23, 20261.0This might be the worst Dunkin’ in America. The cashier seemed unaware that she was on Earth, let alone working at Dunkin’. We ordered items directly off the menu, yet she looked at us like we had asked her to solve a chemistry equation. She had to ask her manager what we were talking about, even though the item has been on the menu for years. She messed up the pricing and did not give us a receipt or order number, even though they were calling out numbers in the pickup line. When we received our food, the doughnut was stuffed into a tiny, hash-brown-sized bag, and the frosting came off when we tried to pull it out. The bagel was as hard as a hockey puck, and the hash browns were soggy. The entire place was chaotic. I don’t expect Dunkin’ to be a five-star restaurant, but this place was nuts. If America runs on this Dunkin’, we are all in trouble. Oh.......and they don’t have a drive-through

You can really tell that the new manager takes pride in the store and cares about keeping everything looking its best. It’s definitely been a much better experience stopping there lately.
