  I come to the restaurant as a customer and the toilets are not working. No staff member is helping, the owner closed them and says he can't open them. What kind of behavior is this?

It’s the kind of place you go when you want something quick and straightforward rather than a sit-down meal experience. The wings themselves are decent overall, with the main appeal coming from the variety of sauces rather than the base product. Flavors like mango habanero, lemon pepper, and other signature sauces carry most of the experience, and when they’re fresh, they hit well. That said, consistency can vary, and the wings can sometimes feel a bit heavy or oily depending on the order. The fries and sides are solid but not particularly memorable, mostly acting as support for the wings and sauces. Dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese tend to stand out more than the sides themselves, and they help balance out the richness of the food. Service and wait times can be inconsistent depending on how busy the location is. When it’s running smoothly, orders come out quickly, but during peak hours it can feel slower and less organized. It’s clearly optimized for volume, which sometimes shows in execution. Overall, Wingstop is a decent option if you’re craving saucy wings at a reasonable price.   If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered delivery through the Wingstop app, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. After waiting over three hours, I kept wondering why every Dasher assigned to my order kept dropping it. I called the store more than 15 times and got no answer. When someone finally picked up, they told me they couldn't find my order in the system. That made no sense because the app showed the correct location, and every Dasher was being sent to the same address. After putting me on hold, they suddenly found my order in the system. So after making me wait three hours, they had my order the entire time. Instead of making it right, they ended up canceling my order anyway. Three hours wasted, no communication, no accountability, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Completely unacceptable.

  when i ordered my wings and brought it home. i opened it to find it in a pool of oil. it dripped all over the place. it soaked the entire bottom of the bag and made a mess in my car. i love wingstop but to find my chicken not properly drained kinda ruined my appetite.

  The guy working at the cash register had a terrible attitude and didn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior before. Customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately, this place completely failed in that regard. I was treated with disrespect and felt unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the way customers are treated in the future.
