- ALAndrea Lopez1 day ago3.0Went there for lunch today and ordered the mini Ramen for my 7 year old. The broth tastes like carrot water. Absolutely zero chicken broth was so nasty and flavorless. I ordered chicken firecracker curry and had about 4 small piece of chicken. I told manager and they fixed it right away. The dish has zero curry flavor but it was still pretty good. My husband had the duck Ramen it was flavorful but the fat on duck was not rendered so they missed the mark on that. The biggest thing is the food should come out around the same time. We each three got our meal delivered separately about 10 to 15 minutes apart. So it felt weird eating when my husband was last to get his food 10 minutes after me. The service was good. But we probably wouldnt go to this place again. It is definitely very convenient when shopping!
- RFRafael Feliz4 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a timely manner. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. A special thank you to the service manager John Kim and his Jesus, who was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear they care about their guests and take pride in providing great service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back.

I’m a frequent traveller from Vancouver Canada, every time when I stay with Sheraton hotel on my work trip, Wagamama is my go-to lunch place! Last time when I was there, both Bibiana and Alex provided me with extraordinary customer service. Made my experience there even better! Thank you, can’t wait to visit again soon:)
- DCdalya copelandMay 2, 20265.0just moved to boston and this is my first experience with asian food here. absolutely amazing experience! the service was 10/10, shoutout to the most beautiful stephanie, all around from everyone was top tier. i don't normally eat seafood but gave the calamari a-go and it was incredible!! the staff and management was so friendly and efficient. john was the GM and was super super super nice. highly highly highly recommend this place. beautiful space, definitely will be back once my move in is officially complete!

Our server, Veronica, was fantastic—she was incredibly patient guiding us through the menu and suggested the Tantan Ramen, which was absolutely delicious with just the right amount of spice. The atmosphere was vibrant and the service was quick. Highly recommend for a family-friendly meal!
