Filets (if they actually were filets and not sirloins cut in half as they suspiciously looked like) were the worst steaks we’ve ever had in a restaurant. We both ordered medium rare - mine was medium and my wife’s medium well. Inexcusable given the $60 price. Absolutely not recommended.
