- NLNanci LiAug 13, 20262.0Disappointing experience. No host was at the front, and we waited several minutes just to be seated. They were also out of mashed potatoes, which is ridiculous for a restaurant. The complimentary bread came only after our appetizers arrived. Overall, the service felt very disorganized.

The most upsetting of all was the lobster mac and cheese. That lobster Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like they grab macaroni, drop it in the water and then the cheese mix right after. Then, they added 2 sliver and lobster, no flavor at all. I would not recommend.

He was attentive, knowledgeable and made great recs throughout the meal. To top it all off, I had the best carrot cake of my life… and he makes it himself! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend coming to The Palm for any occasion. We can’t wait to come back! :)

Tables well spread out with different areas. I had steak house bacon shrimp app and caprese salad. All very good. Did have a bite of some tendeloin and chicken parm. I was not impressed with those dishes but they were still good. Wish we had the time to check out more of the menu. Next time.... On the pricy side but this is what you need to expect when you walk in an upscale place. Not sure if they have valet. The closest garage is 44# to park.
