Baja blast had no flavor it was like San Pelligrino but worse E. Food was stone cold F. We tried to get a refund but it was a very difficult and complicated process 😠I just want my money back pls

I placed a mobile order last night but when I arrived to pick it up, I was left waiting for 30 minutes before an employee finally informed me that they weren't accepting mobile orders. When I naturally asked for a refund for the food I never received, I was rudely told that no one available had the authorization to issue one. Attempting to resolve this the following day was even worse. I called to speak with a manager, and the employee who answered was hostile from the very beginning, snapped "What do you want?" at me, and completely refused to confirm if they were the manager. When I called out their rude behavior and asked for their name, they refused to provide it and hung up on me. It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money, refuse to provide the product, and then meet them with hostility and zero accountability when they try to get a refund. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back and have them aware of this interaction. Avoid this location if you expect any basic level of respect or professionalism.
