  This is the absolute worst location to order Taco Bell from in the Boston area. Especially if you order through the official Taco Bell mobile app and it directs you to the store in specific. The wait time when you order in store is already over 30 minutes and the fact that it’s considered fast food it isn’t fast enough. And I completely understand that the story gets really busy sometimes but when you try to contact a store and no one responds after calling them three times back to back; it’s barbaric. Taco Bell management needs to step up their game and find a solution to this cause it’s ridiculous.

  The staff at this Taco Bell location have to work SO hard to process a huge number of orders. They are the only reason for any stars — the franchise owner/manager should be ashamed for leaving online ordering on for seriously busy nights and having zero set-up in the store for lines. Telling customers that their order will be ready in 5-8 minutes is crazy when it will actually take over 45 — it is just completely unrealistic for this team to work these orders any faster and it makes it a negative situation for everyone. I ended up ditching my order so it causes waste too. Please treat your staff better because they were so polite in front of an impatient crowd of people.

  Aufgrund der katastrophalen Bewertungen hier hatte ich eigentlich erst überlegt, gar nicht hinzugehen, habe es dann aber doch gemacht. Und ich hatte zu späterer Stunde echt noch Glück, dass nicht ganz so viel los war – das änderte sich dann nach dem Red Sox Game schlagartig. Bestellt habe ich ganz entspannt am Terminal und habe mir die Sachen zum Mitnehmen eingepackt. Als Deutscher hat man Taco Bell ja nicht regelmäßig, von daher war das mal eine richtig schöne Abwechslung, mexikanisches Fast Food zu essen. Preislich lief das alles absolut okay. Ich habe das Essen dann mitgenommen aufs Hotelzimmer und es hat wirklich alles geschmeckt, egal ob Tacos, Quesadillas oder Burritos. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren auch relativ freundlich. Es hat zwar insgesamt ein bisschen gedauert, bis das Essen fertig war, aber am Ende war alles gut. Von mir gibt es solide vier Sterne!

  Wir waren hier spontan zu zweit etwas essen. Geschmacklich war alles absolut in Ordnung – das Essen war lecker, frisch zubereitet und vor allem richtig schön warm. Der Laden bietet genügend Sitzplätze, sodass wir ohne Probleme einen Tisch bekommen haben. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es allerdings für das Ambiente: Das Interieur wirkt insgesamt recht kühl und ein wenig steril. Für einen schnellen, unkomplizierten Stopp ist diese Filiale aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

  Taco Bell is one of those places where the appeal is the convenience and familiarity, and this location delivers the classic fast food experience with some room for improvement. The restaurant has a very modern setup with self-ordering kiosks and a heavy focus on mobile orders, which makes ordering simple, but the space can get overwhelmed quickly when there is a rush. The waiting area becomes crowded with people standing around for their orders, and it can feel chaotic compared to the quick grab-and-go experience you usually expect from Taco Bell. The food itself is what you would expect from the chain, with the Doritos Locos Taco and Mexican Pizza being the standouts from my visit. The Doritos Locos Taco is still a fun item because of the crunchy nacho-flavored shell paired with the seasoned filling and toppings. It has that nostalgic Taco Bell flavor that makes it a go-to order. The Mexican Pizza is also a solid option when you want something more substantial, with the crispy layers, sauce, and toppings making it one of the more unique items on their menu. The biggest downside here is the overall speed and consistency. The location seems to struggle during busy periods, with long waits even for relatively simple orders. The staff are constantly moving and trying to keep up, but the number of orders coming through from kiosks, mobile pickups, and delivery services can make the process feel disorganized. It takes away from the convenience factor that usually makes fast food appealing. Overall, this Taco Bell works best if you are already nearby and craving their menu rather than making a special trip. The food itself is still enjoyable for a quick, affordable meal, especially the Doritos Locos Taco and Mexican Pizza, but the long wait times and crowded pickup experience make it a location that requires some patience.
