  Waited 45 minutes for them to tell us our order was taken by someone else.. now taking over 20 minutes for a refund. Don’t waste your time

  Was on a mini vacation from Montreal and saw the taco bell while walking by and I figured id stop for a quick bite before I hopped on the subway back to my hotel. Boy what a mistake. When I went in there were about 10 ppl already waiting for their food and all tables were taken. I literally waited almost an hour for 2 burritos and a drink. It was completly insane. Ppl didnt stop coming in and the place was packed. Looked like a lot of mobile or Uber orders as well which seemed to be prioritized. If I didnt already pay I would've definetly left. Looked like 2 ppl making food and 1 calling out the orders who seemed to be the only ine hustling. I dont understand how everyone's food took so long...I have never waited so long for food in my life. I could have went to a 5 star sit down restaurant and gotten served and finished my food before getting my taco bell order. So disappointing to wait that long and not be acknowledged or served...

  This place sucks The employees work super slow I waited as a delivery driver an hour and 15 minutes for an order that was stolen at the end of the day and as a customer I waited 50 minutes time Unbelievable not worth ordering from this location
