  I just finished working a double shift at the nursing home and thought I would get off a few stops away from my normal train stop to get some late night taco bell. I ordered a supreme burrito with no cheese or sour cream because I have allergies. I also ordered extra jalapenos. I was the only person there ordering and there were 2 children working there. After awhile my bus came and they were still not done with my 1 burrito. I told the girl there I needed to go. She proceeded to not only drag her feet to get my order but then take the extra time to pour me another drink after I had already received it. I denied the drink, took my bag and ran to the bus only to discover she had purposely made me a bean and cheese only burrito instead. I plan on suing. I ate it because I had medication with me but this standard of practice should never be allowed to continue. Not only is it reckless, they did little to be inviting or make me feel safe after midnight in a sketchy part of town.

  Service is terrible no one knows English it's unacceptable able to communicate with the manager she didn't really understand what I was saying and the location itself it's so small and dirty also their app to this location has so many items missing and making it impossible to order nuggets no options there so overstimulated

  The staff are great! Very kind and helpful. I just hate the music they have blaring in there. It is too loud and obnoxious themed music. Can’t even have a conversation or concentrate it is that loud. Please shut off that music or play regular radio. It’s all crap from the 1950s

  i was getting uber eats and it accidentally pick this one instead of downtown and by the time i noticed it wouldn’t let me cancel without getting my money back like this is probably my 5 time getting from this taco bell and there genuinely so bad like why does it take my food a whole hour to get here each time ? and the order would be wrong as well like i do understand they can be busy sometimes but every time like kid u not it was a whole hour till it was “finished”
