  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I was told my order would take about an hour, so I waited patiently. After waiting the entire time, the staff finally told me they couldn't make my order. They should have informed me much earlier instead of making me waste an hour of my time. Very poor communication and customer service. I hope they improve how they treat their customers.

  I love Taco Bell. I really wanted to eat it tonight, but they lost a sale. I urgently needed the bathroom before ordering. But I was going to order, but due to whatever circumstance three employees just standing not doing anything denied the bathroom key saying that it was lost. Of two bathrooms that the establishment has. So rude So ridiculous. A time where all you wanna eat is Taco Bell and you can’t because they just think that you’re going to use The bathroom and that’s it and if that’s the case who cares you guys are in central space. Bathroom should be public to absolutely everybody, regardless if you’re using the service or not. It’s only human to do it

  i don’t mind waiting when i see that a place is real busy. but somehow this place is slow even when they only have a couple orders. luckily the kitchen is wide open so we can all see as the staff takes their time folding one tortilla over pre cut tomatoes and onions with beef that was steamed in ohio 3 weeks ago (which i love btw). the point is do it faster

  I ordered on door dash, they told me they didn’t start my order yet and I tryd to cancel, I couldn’t cause they pulled the ticket I waited for 30 mins and watched 10+ customers get their food in front of me. So I had to cancel with customer support of door dash and I still waited over 15 min for my food . While they laughed and joke around
