  My food was fantastic the service was quick and the workers were nice. It's simply held back by the fact it's a city location so it is much smaller of a store with less seating when compared to it's larger sister stores in suburban and rural areas

  I didn’t appreciate that I had just watched a woman walk in the back to use the restroom but the moment the employee seen me she tried to state the bathroom was closed which felt very discriminatory

  Honestly, Taco Bell has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff looks overwhelmed, customers are left waiting forever, and the overall service quality is terrible. It’s obvious there aren’t enough employees scheduled to handle the amount of customers coming in. In this picture, some customers have been waiting more than an hour just to get their orders, and most of them are Uber drivers trying to do their jobs and make deliveries on time. That kind of delay destroys drivers’ earnings, wastes customers’ time, and creates frustration for everyone involved. How do you expect fast and respectful service when a small team is trying to manage such a high demand? The company seriously needs to invest in hiring more workers and improving customer experience instead of letting both employees and customers deal with constant chaos. A business cannot keep growing while ignoring basic service standards. Customers and delivery drivers deserve far better treatment than this.
