- JMJulie MJun 19, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the seafood department today. I was trying to purchase two lobsters that were advertised on sale. The sale sign happened to be posted on the outside of the display case, so I pointed to the sign and politely asked for two lobsters. The associate helping me, Sterlin, immediately became rude and raised his voice, asking, "Why are you pointing over there? I can't even see what you're pointing at." Instead of helping clarify the situation, he mocked me, caused a scene, and shook his head, making me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. He then told me that I should have pointed at the tank instead. There was no reason for this interaction to become hostile. A simple explanation would have been sufficient. I hope management addresses this to Sterlin and the way customers are treated.
