  Axl was sitting on a self check out unit and was incredibly rude. A "Customer service" position is not the position for them- that young person just lost my business after 11 years of shopping at this store.

  A crisp shoutout to Frannie for being helpful, and straightforward. This branch has always been efficient and pleasant — they must’ve had in their D crew in today because some of the service I got consisted of a sideeye and one word. I know that’s wrong.

  I’ve always had a good experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. I usually order in store pickup and part of the reason is one staff member in particular, Adrian. His communication skills are on point. He always picks out the highest quality produce for me. Shows that he is willing to go above and beyond.

  This is, for the most part, a decent grocery store; however, I cannot in good conscience recommend people with cars to shop here as the shopping carts’ wheels lock up prior to reaching the parking lot. I’ve held out several years prior to leaving this review assuming this is a glitch that needed to be fixed, yet this issue has persisted, leading me to believe this is actually intentional. Shopping carts were designed to allow people to shop for a large number of groceries and wheel them to their cars. I understand wanting to protect the property of the store, but not allowing customers to wheel shopping carts to their cars is anti-consumer. The range in which the shopping carts can travel outside the store before locking up needs to be increased to the perimeter of the parking lot, not at the doors to the grocery store. I should not have to attempt to balance a heavy grocery cart full of groceries on the one wheel to roll it to my car. It is an unfair way to treat your customers who are spending money at your store. I will amend this review with a higher rating if this issue is fixed.

  Well couple of weeks ago I had a problem with the Lottery Machine and store Manager helped me out , So while I was waiting another Store employee Young Black kid starts questioning me about the Machine asking did i put Money , And Asked More than once "Told the young fellow I was being assisted by the Manager , Who had already told this Store worker to get to his station , But wasn"t before he started Mouthing Off to my Told him it was none of his business "And his reply was Yes it is I work here , To my Surprise and keep it up Until Manager wearing Glasses looking of Asian decent told him to STOP AGAIN , Since then he has Not said anything to , But this Behavior from Your STAFF , being Disrespectful will STOP ME FROM COMING TO THIS LOCATION , YES YOUNG BLACK KID ALWAYS GOT HIS HE DOWN NOT GREETING people and from what i have Notice Hardly WORKING AND THIS WAS THE BOYLSTON STORE FENWAY
