Instead of answering our question, she responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. She made comments about us not being American and told us to “go to City Hall to complain.” Her behavior came across as discriminatory, xenophobic, and deeply unprofessional. No customer should be treated differently because of their nationality. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
