  I ordered and paid for delivery. Was texted that my order was here and was told I had to sign my receipt to leave a tip. Went downstairs to get my order not there called the store to solve this issue. I live in Dorchester MA. I was told I would get a refund. I said it is a business account so I need a receipt and email fir the transaction. Was hung up on and now been on hold now for 45 minutes. after calling back. No worries My son has a social media account with over 1 mill followers. Followers filming this entire event!

  My first time ordering had no issues but my two most recent both issues the second time I ordered instead of the driving coming out to meet at the door like normally drivers do he stayed in his car saying he was here and had to have my niece go to his car to get the delivery that unsafe in my opinion. My 3rd and last time same issue driver states he is here via text and I literally had to tell him im outside my door so he would come to my door and not make me go to his car since it was the same driver from the previous time. I tipped him prior to receiving my food and had I gotten my food first I wouldn’t had tipped him anything a would had picked up my food instead. I’m not sure if he didn’t want to be outside or whatever but you are a DELIVERY DRIVER you don’t have someone come to you to get their food! This is the job you applied for! Handling someone’s food like this is unacceptable and messed up. He should be written up and im not even a “.karen” but this was the point that took me there.

  they tried to say i didn’t pay and made a door dash driver try and make me give the restaurant 25$ for no reason I hope they go out of business

  Absolutely love the pizza here! The crust is always fresh and the toppings are generous. The staff is super friendly and my order is always ready on time. Can't get enough of their garlic knots too!

  Crazy how they left my pizza outside, I’m definitely contacting corporate it’s sad how when getting food from the hood it’s garbage! Sadly our community have to experience the ratchet service! Only fields corner!!! Smh will never get my money again, should have went across the street to hi five!!!
