  i ordered their new “stuffer” salad yesterday and it was unacceptable. They forgot the protein, for the second time, so I went back and got a refund. After it happened once, i tried to forgive and try it again. Panera has lost all quality and standard. This location needs a secret shopper because it is unprofessional and terrible

  This is completely unacceptable. I ordered based on the advertised image, but what I received was basically just bread with lettuce: TINY chicken,NO toppings,NOTHING like the menu photo. Even the lettuce didn’t fill the cavity. Is all the chicken flying away? This is not the first time either. Previous orders were also missing ingredients when I paid extra money, which happened twice!

  HORRENDOUS customer service. Man at the front didn’t ask if I wanted my food for here to to go. Got my food on a plate and politely asked for a box and a bag. The lady at the pick up station gave me the dirtiest look, rolled her eyes, and handed me just the paper they wrap food with without saying a word. I stood there until another man came who asked what I wanted. I said a box and a bag and he started joking around saying they didn’t have either. He finally told me he was joking and handed me just the bag. I was so fed up with both of them I gave up about the box and just left. Wish I got their names because that was just unacceptable.

  I had such a great experience at Panera, especially thanks to Kamilly. The food was fresh and delicious, the mac & cheese and grilled cheese were both perfectly made and so comforting. What really stood out was how friendly, kind, and attentive Kamilly was throughout the entire visit. She made sure everything was perfect and was super patient and welcoming the whole time. Her positive attitude truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
