  Otto Pizza provided food for our community art event today and Vanessa and her team were so friendly and helpful to our students picking up the food. Their pizza is my favorite in Boston and the comments from event guests were also full of praise for the pizzas (we had four different kinds and it didn’t last long)! Do yourself a favor and try Otto pizza—you won’t be disappointed.

  Chila made what’s usually a quick pizza pickup feel genuinely special. She was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly on top of everything, handling a busy rush without missing a beat. My order was ready exactly on time, and she double-checked everything with care, which I really appreciated. Even in a fast-paced environment, her attitude stood out: friendly, professional, and attentive. It’s rare to get that level of service at a grab-and-go spot. Chila absolutely elevates the whole experience.

  The food was amazing ! Alexandria was the sweetest and the best help explaining the menu and providing good service. Will definitely visit again!

  Ordered just now with Uber Eats - one item is missing and salad came in with onions even though I asked without. Pizza is fabulous though

  This pie would be fantastic at 1pm, having it delivered at 1 am. That’s a game changer! Light, crispy, beautiful ratio, lovely under carriage! I tried the new Roni-Pesto and this pie knocked my socks off! My only regret was getting a small, next time a large! -Side note ( the bad reviews must be from miserable drunks late at night ) I worked in restaurants for 15 years this a true GEM for late night pie!
