    Appalling Hygiene and Health Hazard with Total Lack of Management Accountability I am beyond disappointed with this location. I placed a mobile drive-thru order for a McDouble, nuggets, and fries, but the drive-thru experience was a total disaster. After a 5-minute wait, I realized my McDouble was missing and had to circle back. When I returned, an associate named Lucson T. took my bag and reached his bare hands inside, digging around and touching my open fries to "verify" the burger was missing. Instead of remaking the contaminated food, he simply tossed the missing burger into the bag and handed it back. It was completely unsanitary. I had to park and go inside—defeating the whole purpose of the drive-thru—to address the hygiene issue. The two managers on duty were not able to process the refund, as they claimed they couldn't process a refund made via the app and just handed me a supervisor's phone number to call. Bottom line: This store has zero regard for "clean hands" protocols or basic customer service. Save yourself the headache (and the germs) and go somewhere else. But if you must go, be sure to check your bags before pulling away and call Boston 311.

    This is the worse McDonald’s ever .i went there and ordered two sausage egg n cheese McMuffin and one didn’t have the egg on it and the other the cheese was missing then I got a big breakfast and the pancakes was cold .it took for ever to get my food and the sausages were cold . The workers took forever . There was people walking around it looking high off drugs . There was no good morning welcome to McDonald’s can I take ur order . It was what would u like . They all need to be re trained there smh

    Me: “I ordered in the app.” Them: “My system is down. Wait 5 or 10 minutes.” Me: “can I show you?” Them: “come to the window” Me: “here’s my order confirmation. You can write down the code for when it comes back up.” Them: “no, it’s the system. I can’t make any food for you because I have to check in the system.” Me: “you don’t trust the app that has all the order info right here?” Them: “no, you need to wait 5 or 10 minutes for the system to come back.” Me: “I don’t have time for this… this is not worth it.” McDonald’s: Do better. When someone has a documented mobile order, let them show it to you, write down the number, make their food, and put the code in when the system comes back up. People aren’t going to create fraudulent looking orders in a live McDonalds app to scam this because the agent can see the order in the app to verify. Then you don’t have a negative experience for everyone, or gum up the drive through line waiting.

    So disappointed!!! I spent 40$ my meals were supposedly 39.99 the lady said she’s keeping my penny and told me the reciept printer didn’t work, which would be absolutely fine if my food came with everything it was supposed to ! I got the big arch meal and 2 K-pop demon huntrix meals . Why was my big arch meal inside the box with my kids food ? Why was both boxes missing the K-pop sauces not even 1 special sauce so frustrating they gave us sweet and sour sauce and didn’t give us the stuff to make the ramyeon mcshaker fries like that was the whole point of the meal ! Myself and my kids are very disappointed! And if there was none left that should have been said in the beginning !

    How can I rate the food that I didn’t even get? They forgot to put the nuggets I ordered in the bag. The service was terrible. After I placed my order, I went up to the first of the many drive thru windows they have to pay. There was nobody there and I stayed there for 5 mins waiting for someone to charge and no one came. So I figured I should move to the next window (the drinks-only window), and the staff tells me I have to back up and pay at the first. ONCE AGAIN THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE FIRST WINDOW. After I waited over 20 minutes, I paid, got my food, and I drove off. When I got home, guess what… no chickens nuggets! Check your bag before you leave this location!!! That whole experience was so overwhelming. I will never go back again to the MCDONALDS ON MASS AVE. A MESS.
