If possible, it is advisable to avoid this McDonald's establishment. However, if you find it comfortable in observing homeless individuals and drug addicts, or if being shouted at and disrespected by staff aligns with your personal preferences, then this location may suit you. The staff often ask questions and, during your response, may walk away or instruct you to be quiet when you inquire about their behavior. The food quality is acceptable.

everytime I go here(even for a fountain drink) its a 20+ minute ordeal. I also deliver for Uber eats and whether im getting a mobile order for Uber Eats or ordering for myself I deal with this and even when its not busy they all sit in the back and dont come to the counter so nobody get me helped. they should fire 🔥 the whole squad and start over they dont want to work!

Because I work the overnights close to this 24 hours location, I sometimes have to purchase food here. Usually it's just a soda, b Based on my experience tonight, I would like to file a complaint because my safety was put at risk. I ordered and around 2:20 am from Peter. He gave me a receipt. Because they never ask for a receipt, I threw it away. One minute later I he called my number and came to get my food. He asked for my receipt. The guest next to me was intoxicated and Peter gave me a hard time even though he literally charged me less than a minute prior. The drunk guy next to me starting chasing me down the street calling me a "douchebag" and wanted to start a fight with me. I had to call the cops. With that said, what just happened put me in danger. I have come to this location more than a hundred times this past year and he hasn't ever asked for a receipt. He was trying to cause trouble.

This was crazy. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was so unusual.... I don't know what to do but vent on Google. I placed my order on the app, when I got the counter, I spent, probably 3-4 minutes waiting for the cashier to address me, which she did only by looking at me waiting for me to say something. No "Hello!", or any audible greeting. No big deal: typical fast food customer service. I get it. My order was like, $20, but I asked to add fries and a drink, $7 more dollars. This was a full McDonald's, with a seating area. Strangely though, the seating area was cordoned off by a trash can, but I saw 2 other people (non-employees) seated at the dining area so I asked one of them if he minded if I sat at the table across from him as there were only 2 tables with 8 seats. I want to add that this is an urban McDonald's in a densely packed part of Boston. Locations like this are not unusual in dense cities like this. Oftentimes you will sit next to or across from another diner, "family style". I wanted to sit and eat, so with the other customers permission, I sat at the table across from him. Before I had a chance to get my food out of the bag, I had the first word said to me buy an employee during my visit. Those words were: "You can't eat here". I asked "Why not?" and was told the seats were for "drivers". I said "great..." and proceeded out the building. This was not a particularly nice part of Boston, so, to a degree, I understand limiting seating, but this was at 2pm on a Tuesday. It's hot outside, I placed a fairly sizeable order, and added more onto it... I saw other people seated and eating, so I did the same. I hope I'm not the crazy one here, and if I am, I'm sure the internet will let me know.... But... really? A guy can't order food at a restaurant, pay for it, sit down at available seating and eat it? Because the 6 out of 8 empty chairs are for delivery drivers? I also wanna add, I'm POSITIVE this isn't racism, or bad behavior on the parts of the staff, but something twisted up in the management of this location. Regardless, this shouldn't happen at any place of business. I suggest others don't support this business. You shouldn't want this kind of practice to spread!

Customer service is a non factor at this location . Decided I wanted to try the fried apple pies , placed a mobile order for a two pack of fried apple pies and a single fried apple pie. When I picked up my order, I had two baked apple pies and one fried apple pie. I went into the restaurant to exchange them, but to my surprise, they told me no. They said the receipt on their end says two apple pies after I repeatedly showed multiple employees including a manager that my mobile order showed I ordered Three fried apple pies. They still refused to provide me with what I ordered. This was a very frustrating and unnecessary process to say the least ,I was met with total disrespect by all the employees that I encountered no one could resolve my issue, not even giving me a refund because it was a mobile order.
