  Good customer service and drinks. But food was pretty terrible. Got the fish and chips and the fish inside the breading was tough and dry. Fries were meh.

  Stopped in for a few drinks, each as good as the last. Seems like everyone enjoyed their food. Some woman went mental while visiting, staff handled it incredibly well though. Kudos to the team. Hopefully for their sake she doesn’t return.

  Went with my daughter and husband today for early dinner. Immediately upon walking in host (possibly even manager) told us he got a party of 20 it would be extra long which is understandable but he’s tone and demeanor was more unwelcoming instead of helpful. He did not offer kids menu or high chair I had to ask for both. Table was filthy had a film from dirty rag, high was sooooooo disgusting hadn’t been cleaned since the opening, both plates came with crust from prior meal the dishes were so dirty. My daughter’s chicken was old when I broke apart the chicken I could see flour not fried and it was a pale white like it was on the verge of not being cooked. I respectfully told the waiter because of course none of these issues were his fault. Still tipped waiter because it was deserved but the host then comes over and argued over the why I sent the food back and didn’t want a replacement for my daughters food that was old and on a dirty crusty platter with someone else food. Once I explain I didn’t want to replace the food, not because it was old but because it was also served on a dirty plate he proceeded to talk over me. The photos don’t even get how bad it really was. I was disgusted and ate nothing and my toddler ate nothing my husband had two tacos.

  Stood at the hostess desk for 10 mins while the *clearly NOT busy* staff kept glancing at us. Finally my fiance went up to a staff and said “excuse me” - instead of a reply he got a very dirty look from a staff member who proceeded to ignore him. We walked right out. Lazy and rude staff. Do NOT recommend.

  I really can't rate anything except service. Came in for the Sunset oyster special. Hostess was pleasant and seated me in the bar area which wasn't busy as just past 1630. The specials menu looked really good and I was looking forward to a combo of the raw and grilled oysters. Sadly got neither as I sat for over 20 minutes without even an acknowledgement of my presence. Returned to my tour bus disappointed. May try one more time when I'm in Boston again.
