This place is super loud which I get it is a fun restaurant in the city but they had a lot of tables and although I asked they sat us next to the table with all the kids saying the table next to us was for another party… nobody sat there at all, there are no veggie options at all like none, I ate in the one in Orlando and they at least have veggie burgers and some starters but here… I cannot recommend this place at all. Seek somewhere else!

First time at a Margaritaville. Can easily say that this location ruined the first time for me. Took a while to get sat. I assumed they were short staffed but I didn’t mind. Then, for the waiter to actually take our order took a while, they served the family who came after us, a family of four, over only my sister and I. Then we ordered the $1.50 oysters and they were very small! Took an even longer time to get the bill. This was on a Tuesday evening.

I would not recommend this place at all. My family and I visited today, and even though the restaurant was not busy, we waited more than 45 minutes for our food.
When the food finally arrived, some dishes were cold, others were incomplete, and one of our orders never arrived. On top of that, the prices are extremely high considering the quality and portion sizes of the food. It almost feels like they have a monopoly in the area, but that certainly doesn’t justify the poor service or disappointing experience.
Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. We will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others

Our party of 6 stopped by for dinner on a Wednesday night. The location right next to Faneuil Hall on a summer evening was lovely, but unfortunately, the food and service didn't match the premium prices or the brand name
The restaurant wasn't busy so we had no wait, but everything moved very slowly. Our table hadn't been fully cleaned when we were sat (it still had water marks and two cups from previous guests, though the host removed them quickly). Our servers were perfectly friendly but seemed undertrained or stretched thin; we were fairly unattended to and didn't receive silverware until after all our food had arrived. To their credit, our waitress was incredibly diligent about writing down my friend’s multiple severe food allergies, and the kitchen got the entire order completely accurate. However, the value for the price just wasn't there
🥑 Chips & Guac ($15): I ordered this thinking it would be a cheaper, safe bet as I wasn’t that hungry (and was told it was $12). It was incredibly basic- any average Mexican spot beats this quality for less (or provides them complimentary)
🥣 Clam Chowder: The flavor was fine, but the cup arrived barely half full
🍔 Burgers & Fries: One of my friends ordered a speciality burger and didn't comment much. My other friend got a burger in a lettuce wrap and found it subpar, though the fries it came with were good.
🐟 Fried Seafood Combo: The waitress recommended this to my hungry friend over the steak, and it was actually pretty good and a decent portion according to them.
🍹 Watermelon Margaritas ($15): very forgettable and not mixed well
Ultimately, if the service had been phenomenal, we'd probably consider coming back for the outdoor atmosphere and fun decor inside. But with slow pacing on a quiet night, average casual dining food, and inflated prices because of the location, it seems more like a tourist trap. With better training for their staff and more attention to the food quality or pricing, this place could definitely be much better so I wish them the best of luck!
