We went on Sunday evening wait time we were told was 45 minutes but I believe we were in with 15-20 minutes. We ordered drinks (Waters and tea, one beer.) and an appetizer, our appetizer was out before our drinks. We had a little wait between food and appetizer which was fine, but our drinks were empty for quite some time. I seen multiple servers running around going back and forth. Our server was not to be seen for quite some time!! We got our food still no drink refills, waiting for refills I mentioned to our party I bet the waiter brings the check before asking if we need anything. Sure enough check in hand we asked for refills.

Nice atmosphere and decent food but it doesn't make up for the fact that the service was terrible. Our server was MIA constantly, it was a solid 10-15 minutes that we were sat before she came to the table for the first time. Then she vanished again, to the point that we had to ask the bartender for a drink refill as well as a spoon for the chowder that was given to us without one (and the girl rushed away as I tried to ask) We also had to flag down another server to ask them for our check/ to get our server to come bring us a check. I felt like we were being punked. If it was really busy or understaffed we would understand but that wasn't the case- the table next to us also had the same problem with the same server. And there were servers everywhere, it was really odd.
We stopped by Joe’s Waterfront for a quick appetizer, and it was a great choice.
The four of us shared one of the seafood platters, which came with oysters, crab, and shrimp, and it was the perfect size for a light bite before continuing our day. Everything tasted fresh, and it was a great way to sample a variety of seafood in one dish.
The waterfront atmosphere was also a nice bonus and made for a relaxing place to sit, enjoy the view, and have a snack with family.
While we only stopped in for an appetizer, the food was good, the service was friendly, and the experience was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quick seafood bite and a great waterfront setting, I would definitely recommend Joe’s Waterfront.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully done — but what truly made my visit unforgettable was my waitress. Kasandra, She went above and beyond in every way. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care elevated the entire meal. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and this exceptional, but she delivered it effortlessly. Overall, an incredible dining experience. I left impressed, satisfied, and grateful. I’ll definitely be returning — service like that deserves recognition.
