  Five Guys is one of those chains that stays popular because it does the basics really well. The setup is simple and casual, with the familiar red-and-white interior, open kitchen, stacks of potato bags, and the smell of burgers and fries filling the room. It feels more focused on getting you a satisfying meal than creating a memorable dining atmosphere, but that's part of the appeal. Whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go, the experience is usually straightforward and consistent. The burgers are the main attraction here, especially because of how customizable they are. The patties are juicy, cooked fresh to order, and loaded with toppings at no extra charge. The cheeseburger is substantial, with two patties that can easily be more filling than expected, while the smaller burger options still deliver the same flavor without being quite as heavy. The fries are just as iconic as the burgers, arriving in generous portions that often seem to overflow the bag. The Cajun fries remain a favorite for their seasoning, while the regular fries are crispy, fresh, and hard to stop eating. Everything leans heavily into classic American comfort food without trying to reinvent it.   Just moved into a new place out here in Waltham, and I needed some routine maintenance done. They came through, got it sorted pretty quickly, and left everything clean—no fuss at all. It was such a relief to have that taken care of, especially with all the other moving stress going on.

  BATHROOM CODE 2023 GUY'S. I am a grubhub driver, and I picked up an order here, and they would not let me use the bathroom. They made me buy a bottle of water. I bought a bottle of water and told them to keep it! Go flip another burger

  Always rude when i come in, literally will ignore you in your face. So decided to order for a delivery instead, i called twice inquiring about my order. Claimed to have been picked up, but not once offered for another solution other than order was picked up. Call back and they tell me to call next day for refund because they are closing. Then i call next day for a refund like they say and all of a sudden manager isnt in until sunday morning. Lucky i phone record every encounter i have with anyone who handles my food; i just wont be coming to this location; its not worth the money or headache they are planning to give you just to get your money back
