  Five Guys is a reliable burger chain that focuses on made-to-order burgers, generous portions, and simple ingredients done well. The menu is straightforward, but the ability to fully customize your burger with a wide selection of free toppings makes it easy to create exactly what you want. The restaurants have a casual, no-frills atmosphere with the signature red-and-white interior, open kitchen, and complimentary peanuts that have become part of the Five Guys experience. The burgers are the main reason to visit. The patties are cooked fresh, the buns are soft, and the variety of toppings allows for countless combinations without any additional charge. The cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger are both great choices if you are looking for something filling, and the fresh vegetables, grilled onions, mushrooms, and sauces make it easy to customize each order. The burgers are on the messy side, but that is part of what makes them enjoyable. The fries are just as popular as the burgers. Cooked in peanut oil and served in oversized portions, they easily provide enough for two people to share. The Cajun fries add a flavorful seasoning with a slight kick, while the regular fries let the fresh potato flavor stand out on its own. Milkshakes are also available at many locations and pair well with the burgers if you are looking for a classic fast food combination. Service has generally been quick and friendly during my visits, with food prepared fresh after ordering rather than sitting under heat lamps. Because everything is cooked to order, there can be a short wait during busy periods, but the quality makes it worthwhile. The dining area is usually clean and comfortable for a casual meal, although prices are noticeably higher than traditional fast food restaurants. Overall, Five Guys continues to be one of the better burger chains for anyone looking for fresh ingredients and fully customizable burgers. The combination of quality beef, generous portions, excellent fries, and consistent preparation makes it easy to come back. While it costs more than most fast food options, the larger portions and made-to-order approach help justify the price.

  0 Stars (if I could give it) This is by far one of the worst Five Guys locations I’ve dealt with as a part time DoorDash delivery driver. The biggest problem isn’t the wait—it’s the complete lack of respect for drivers’ time. The majority of the employees act as if you’re invisible when you walk in to pick up an order. They’ll avoid eye contact, ignore you standing at the pickup counter, and often respond with unnecessary attitude when you simply ask about the status of an order. Every minute they waste makes drivers late delivering food to customers, which hurts our ratings and reflects poorly on us—even though the delay is entirely on the restaurant. Delivery drivers are an extension of your customer service because we’re the ones bringing your food to the customer. Treating us like an inconvenience is unprofessional and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to train the staff on basic courtesy and communication. A simple acknowledgment and honest update would go a long way. Until that changes, I dread every pickup from this location.

  Cashier Derek was awesome, very fast and nice. The place was clean and friendly and the food was hot and crispy! Love coming here 10/10

  Was given a terrible BLT with old and Burnet bacon and wasn't offered a refund or a fresh sandwich. Apparently my review here from that bad experience was deleted. Do better Five Guys.
