  Flafel was mild on spices but flavorful. The sandwich was big and would satisfy anyone's hunger. Will be back for sure. Went at noon so it was very light traffic and that is why I cant speak for atmosphere or lack off.

  I stumbled upon this spot while exploring Downtown Boston, and the service was fantastic! They have generous portions, and I tried their chicken kabab plate and falafels & they were just what I needed! It’s definitely one of the best places in Downtown Boston.

  Accidentally placed my pickup order at the wrong Falafel King location through the app, and the staff at the Washington St location completely saved me. Even right before closing, the gentleman working there kindly made my order fresh on the spot with no hassle at all. Amazing customer service and great food — truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
