- EEElenaAug 8, 20261.0Takes a lot for me to leave a review, but this place is CRAZY They’ve messed up my drink at least 3 orders in a row now? Last time I asked for it to be corrected, and a woman (who I believe is the manager?) visibly got angry and started talking loudly in another language while “fixing” my drink. Not a word to me 😭 Just generally unfriendly and incompetent service
- LGluis GonzalezJul 24, 20261.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin. The employee was openly rude, dismissive, and had an obvious attitude from the moment I walked in. When I questioned the behavior, the excuse given was that they were dealing with personal problems. While I can sympathize with someone having a bad day, that’s not an acceptable reason to treat paying customers disrespectfully. If an employee is unable to provide basic courtesy because of personal issues, they shouldn’t be serving customers until they’re able to do so professionally. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect regardless of what’s happening behind the scenes. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism so other customers don’t have the same experience.

If walk up isn’t an option it shouldn’t be a choice on the app. That alone was not a huge issue but I ordered an everything bagel that turned out to be more of a “some things” bagel. It was mostly naked. Grocery store bagels are better coated.

Partly because there's not a lot of other locations in the area for people to get coffee. This place is fast and they're friendly. And the coffee is good. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended
