Cold foam is curdled and they don't keep it in a refrigerator or a bucket of ice so if you get cold foam, all you're getting is Curdled whipped cream. They take no care and what they do.

The employee was openly rude, dismissive, and had an obvious attitude from the moment I walked in. When I questioned the behavior, the excuse given was that they were dealing with personal problems. While I can sympathize with someone having a bad day, that’s not an acceptable reason to treat paying customers disrespectfully. If an employee is unable to provide basic courtesy because of personal issues, they shouldn’t be serving customers until they’re able to do so professionally. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect regardless of what’s happening behind the scenes. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism so other customers don’t have the same experience.
