- LDL Dubya3 days ago1.0Couldn't get food because they were purposely going as slow as possible. 3 employees, but apparently only the cashier can make coffee, one woman cooking, and one woman sweeping and looking at her phone. Took 10 minutes 2 serve 2 customers. Absurd

Waited for about 20 minutes and asked about it just to find the forgot about the order. I really had to go because it was 5 minutes until my bus so unfortunately left empty handed. Cashier (not the one on food duty) apologized and offered a donut but that wasn’t really what I was looking for. Appreciated the sympathy, just wanted my croissant though. Update food service please. 😔

The cashier mumbled when speaking and looked very agitated when I asked her to repeat what she had said, even interrupting me to speak to another employee a few times while I was ordering. I then tried to pay with an online gift card but instead of explaining to me that they aren’t accepting dunkin app payments, she made a heavy sigh and turned a sign toward me that said “no Dunkin rewards” (which was faced away from me so how was I supposed to know in the first place..?) The food took about 20 minutes (we only got 2 food items) and the man making the drinks also looked annoyed when we didn’t grab the drinks fast enough. The older lady making the food was nice, except I did notice her touch her neck a few times while making our food 😭. Anyways, my partner and I are ALWAYS kind and polite to workers, plus I rarely leave bad reviews for places unless a situation like this happens, so it threw us very off guard.

I recommend you take a walk to one on the other side of the airport it’s worth it. But yeah terrible experience the old lady there is sweet tho
