It must-have turned their milk sour because it tasted like someone put a dirty sock in my mouth. God bless their hearts, They just kept right on serving. Dunkin is forever ruined for me.

Food taste like crap and the refresher have some weird taste to it, when asked to make me a new drink they all got an attitude like I asked for something off this world! My friend asked to give the correct order. Manager was so rude and insisted that my friend gave the wrong order and refused to exchange but asked for money for a new order. He just went to the back and played on his phone. The table was unstable and the tea cup tipped over the table. The staff s did not help clean the tea. Poor customer service.
