- SSSylvain SamiaApr 19, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience at Dunkin today. The employee who served me was extremely rude and disrespectful. First, I ordered a large drink and was given a medium instead. Then she pushed the drink into my hand, shut the door before giving me a straw, and stared at me in a very uncomfortable and hostile way. I felt unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. Customer service should be polite and professional, and this experience was unacceptable.
- APAlbenis PApr 7, 20265.0I come here pretty often and it’s always been solid. Hot chocolate is actually really good, especially when it’s cold out. Service is quick most of the time and I’ve never had any issues. Nothing fancy, just one of those places you keep going back to.
- CLCica LaveshMar 31, 20261.0Worst Dunkin experience I've had. Was told they didn't have any coffee, when I clearly saw coffee being sold. Asked for water instead, didn't receive it food was burnt. High school kids manning the counter were not very polite or helpful.
