    There are many well-run Dunkin franchises but this is among the best. Nothing but professionals, runs like a machine, friendly, and food and drinks come out as expected. Some parking available out front!

    Never in my life have I reviewed a Dunkin' Donuts but the superb customer service experience Madeleine delivered moved me to tell you this story: after a long and sweaty day pushing the kids through the Freedom Trail in Boston, where we were on vacation, the youngers were disappointed that we hadn't found a dessert place between dinner and the transit station. But since Andrew St station is close to our hotel, the Dunkin' appeared like a gleaming beacon when we rounded the corner. Excited to choose a couple donuts each, they eagerly chose their maple, stars and stripes, and chocolate log donuts. Eager to get back to the hotel after a long day, we took our bags of six donuts and kept walking. At the hotel there was an argument. What was wrong? We only found four donuts. Did you leave your bag in the lobby? Nope, it's not there. What did you do with the bag I gave you? You never gave me a bag. Just eat mine. I want the one I ordered. etc. We realized there was a possibility that we hadn't left the Dunkin' with all the donuts we paid for. We had walked, and at this point it had been 20 minutes since we were at the Dunkin'. But I could tell from Madeleine's kind demeanor that, if we had* left donuts there, she would have held on to them for us. I walked back, now it was 30 minutes from when we bought the donuts. Madeleine saw me come in, smiled, and walked over to where she had saved the bag. My youngest, who had been near tears, was overjoyed on my victorious return. Thanks to Madeleine, what could have been a bad vacation evening-ruiner turned into a positive core memory and a tween's delight. All it takes is a little kindness. I am so so glad that Madeleine, and the Southampton Dunkin', were able to show it to their customers.

    I had ordered a Boston cream donut and some snackin bacon from here on 6/9/26 early in the morning at around 3:50AM and the service from the younger guy I received was absolutely stellar! HOWEVER, about 10-15 mins later i was out in the parking lot with a friend of mine and i sat down to organize the contents of my backpack. I hadn't been seated more than 5 mins when the same employee came out to let us know rather timidly that his manager said we couldn't sit there and we had to leave immediately. I could immediately sense the level of discomfort he had doing this. Also for the record, my friend and I were not causing a problem or acting out of line in any way, shape, or form. We were being treated as if we were a bunch of hoodlums! I was absolutely flabbergasted by this! Now, being paying customers, you would think that we would be treated with a little bit more respect than that. And also, to have your employee come outside to do your dirty work is absolutely appalling and also shows the level of disrespect you have not only for your patrons, but also for your employees! The people that are the heart of the business you're running! I will say that after this disgusting display of stereotyping, profiling, and making assumptions, I will NEVER be back to dine from this Dunkin Donuts again and I will make sure to share with everyone that this establishment is being run by a nasty Karen who seems to harbor a "Donald Trump drunk with power" attitude! But kudos to the employee serving me. He deserves all the respect in the world. PLEASE TERMINATE THAT MANAGER! She is only going to cause that store to meet its demise sooner rather than later!

    If you have allergies, check your order at this location. I am lactose intolerant and ordered a chai latte made with oat milk. They added both dairy AND oat milk for some reason and now I am sick. :-( They also don't do refunds over the phone--you have to physically walk/drive back to the store to get your $5 back, which is tough when you've been poisoned...
