- CMChristina MuiJun 26, 20261.0There were three people working there. Their service was terribly slow and I had to catch my train. They had multiple drinks half made instead of prioritizing the orders that came first. I asked for a refund so I could make it in time and after I missed it I realized they didn’t even refund me. I went up to remind them and they finished my drink instead. I got matcha from here before but it tastes far sweeter the second time. Cap was also not sealed properly. Even if their service was slow the least they could do is communicate that their store management is nonexistent and not waste people’s time.

Primero ordene unos "eggs bite" expuestos en el menú (pantalla) los cuales estan descontinuados ¿para que lo exhiben si no los tienen? Luego, me decidí por el "chease bacon crossant" y unas "hot brown" (papas), se tradaron un pock en la orden, pero cuando llegó, las papas estaba quedamada y con muy mala presentación y el sándwich por su parte estaba frio, nisiquera el queso se había derretido ni el "huevo" estaba totalmente caliente. Se que es un puesto con mucha presión por el flujo de personas pero no deja de ser un servicio por el que estas pagando y esperas. A lo menos esperas que tu producto, por el que pagaste y esperaste se vea y sepa cómo esperas. Siento que hay mucho desorden en general y que no estan interesados en dar el mejor servicio. Esta publicación no es con intención de dañar al negocio, al final me comi mi desayuno porque no tenía de otras, sino una invitación a revisar los estándares de calidad y mejorar las áreas que se requieren.

I hope someone sees this and can work on it. It is so handy to have right there at the train station. But I didn't finish mine and I noticed several other people on the train did not either!
