I ordered a cappuccino and a donut — the cashier doesn't speak English at all and kept asking her colleagues questions in Spanish. She charged me only for the donut and forgot the coffee completely. I complained to the manager, Sharon, and she just said the cashier is still learning. I'm sorry, but we were late for our train and had no time to wait. Please train your interns somewhere else, not in a busy station where people are in a hurry.
