The manager looked like she had no idea what she was doing. 8 employees back there but only 1 person on the register with 20 customers waiting. It's unfortunate that a business can have such horrible customer service and still continue to make money. The only reason this place stays in business is because there are no other coffee options around term E.

Coffee was hell cold , attitude was nasty, if you have no patience better sit home rather than barking on others for doing something you getting paid.
