They are severely understaffed and the staff that you have even in the morning rush go out a snails pace, mess up orders & truly poor poor customer service! I walked out of my way to go to government center where the dunks is so much better!

I once had a coughing fit before I was about to place my order and one of the staff members gave me a cup of water for no charge. I also love how in the Boston area that they serve maple frosted donuts at their Dunkins!

When I returned, I overheard the manager saying that Hispanic people are crazy, simply because we had asked about our food. I told the manager it wasn't right to say that just because we were inquiring about our order. In any case, when I went back, it took another 10 minutes to get the food, and they didn't even give me what I had ordered. I feel that people like that shouldn't make such comments in front of customers terrible service. The women working there were giving me strange looks just for asking about my food I don't know if this was an act of racism, but I didn't feel comfortable with the manager making those remarks and having that attitude toward customers.
