- KJKathryn JonesAug 12, 20261.0Potentially got the rudest employee of Dunkin’ donuts in Boston EVER! We went in at about 10am on 12th August and she was rude from the start. I politely asked for 2 Oreo donuts/cappuncino/regular coffee/pink lemonade/avocado on toast and a croissant. She was very rude, she said do you understand me (we’re foreign and I think she knew that). She asked me to pay the bill which I did then after paying she said there’s no Oreo donuts left & asked me to pick 2 alternatives which I did. She then tried to charge me for 4 donuts instead of the 2 that I ordered, when I said that I’d already paid for 2 donuts she rolled her eyes and said I don’t think you understand me! I said I’d already paid for 2 donuts so didn’t want to pay for 4, she said you’re good then.We didn’t get the croissant we ordered either. We ended up leaving as felt intimidated by her rude manner. Such a shame for the store as the younger employees seemed much happier and friendlier.

When I asked for them to add the pump of mocha to the drink after tasting it, they made it with like 5 pumps (I saw them) even tho I asked specifically for 1. So I told her it was too much mocha. It would be impossibly sweet. She gave me attitude and said I wasn't happy withbthe first one. I asked to just let me mix some of that one into the previous one and she grabbed it back and didn't let me so I got frustrated and told her to keep both drinks, even though i paid for it. Not to mention she seemed to doubt me because the cup had no sticker but it was the way they gave the drink to me. The person who made it originally didn't put a sticker on it.
