- DQD QJul 26, 20261.0Not one to write poor reviews but I was really shocked at how rudely one of the staff members treated me (july 26 @ 9am). I asked for no bacon in my $6 meal deal, she misheard and told me bacon was an extra $3 dollars, I reiterated and said "sorry no bacon" to which she took a step back to tilt her head and give a very extended aggressive stare - one which my friend saw from behind me. Super unnecessary and extra of her. I hope she knows I wasn't saying "sorry" because I changed my mind, and it was her own mistake. Regardless I think its reasonable for a customer to change their mind if they find out something adds some extra cost.

The managers are amazing and always greet their usual customers with kindness! They greet me every morning with “Have a great day, boss”. Really the only Dunkin that is consistent with their drink taste, too! Couldn’t recommend this one enough! :)
