The managers are amazing and always greet their usual customers with kindness! They greet me every morning with “Have a great day, boss”. Really the only Dunkin that is consistent with their drink taste, too! Couldn’t recommend this one enough! :)

I ordered an iced macchiato and usually when I ask for less ice, the drink ends up with extra milk to fill the cup, making it taste watered down. Steve actually understood exactly what I wanted and made it perfectly—strong coffee taste, not overly milky, just right. He prepared the order quickly and handled everything in a very professional way. It’s rare to find someone who pays attention to detail like that. Highly recommend this store. Five stars for Steve!

After asking to have it remade because I didn’t order ice coffee they still didn’t make it with the right condiments. I just left because obviously they didn’t want to pay attention.
