  Not the type to leave reviews but this was awful. I tried twice to place a mobile order, but it declined both times. I thought it may be an issue with my card, however the transactions went through both times. I went to the store, and showed them the transactions on my bank. A lady told me there was nothing they could do, because they it didn’t go through on their systems. I proceed to ask if calling customer service would be the best option, because I wasn’t about to pay $25 and not receive either food nor drink. She then proceeded to say “Are you deaf, because I just said we can’t do anything because it’s not on our systems.” Just so completely rude for no reason, when all she could’ve said was “I’m sorry we can’t help here in store, but maybe give the customer service number a try.” I then ordered in store and the same woman gave me my food completely cold. Absolutely appalled by this interaction.

  Amazing coffee and the best donuts! The staff is always so friendly and quick, making my morning routine so much better. I love stopping by to grab my favorite iced coffee and a chocolate glazed—never disappoints!

  It was unbelievably slow. I showed up seeing that there wasnt a line and it has taken over 10min to get a sausage egg and cheese sandwich
