The only issue I ran into was the woman taking my order immediately gave off the feeling that she was annoyed by me walking into the empty store to place an order. I stood to the side looking for the different refresher flavors. I asked for a few different ones but was told they were all out so I asked which ones they DID have (in order to save time), to which she mumbled several flavors that I couldn't hear (hard of hearing in left ear) so, instead of feeling anymore embarrassed or like a burden, I said "I'll take the last flavors you listed (thankfully it wasn't too bad of a flavor)". Having worked for Dunkin Donuts off an on since 2003 (positions including manager, shift leader, cashier, and sandwiches maker) to as recently as 2023, I'd like to think I have a pretty good understanding of what quality customer service entails and the way I was treated was not it. We all have our days/moments, and we're all human so "leave it at the door" is sometimes easier said than done. Hopefully the woman has a better day and hopefully the way I was treated isn't the standard treatment of all customers who enter the store.
