- KKKatie Knutson5 days ago1.0I am extremely appalled by the service we received at this location. The employee taking our order was unapproachable from the start, and the experience only went downhill from there. While preparing our drinks, he dropped food items on the floor, slammed the refrigerator, and aggressively smacked the countertops. His behavior was unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he insisted that he had made both of our drinks when it was clear that only one had been prepared, and he proceeded to yell at us when we addressed the situation. We tried the drink that was made, and it was absolutely awful. At that point, we decided the experience was not worth our time or frustration. We threw the drink away and left without even waiting for the second one. Customer service should never leave customers feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome. The employee’s attitude, behavior, and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would have a hard time recommending this location. Management needs to address this behavior because customers should not have to deal with this kind of treatment when simply trying to place an order.

They’ve gotten my order wrong and they have no sense of time or urgency. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts not a gourmet restaurant. We shouldnt have to wait a long time.

They don’t hire enough people. Probably the worst operated Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to wait for half an hour for a cup of coffee
