- XCXelsea Coleman6 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order through the Domino’s app, got a “delivered” notification, and my food never arrived. I called the store three times and was either ignored, left on silence, or hung up on. After waiting over 20 minutes, I had to pay for an Uber myself just to go to the store and figure out what happened. The lead on duty lied and said the driver called me, but I had zero missed calls. I also selected “Leave at Door,” so there was no reason my order wasn’t delivered. He then tried to claim Domino’s now requires drivers to call before leaving an order, which is false because I used the same option just two nights ago without issue. When I got to the store, he brought the pizza over and confirmed it was mine. After looking at it, I saw it was undercooked and asked for it to be remade. Instead of fixing the issue, he said he would just issue a refund. This store has recurring problems, and the poor communication, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I will be reporting this to Domino's Pizza, Inc. corporate.

Found a nice local air b&b and wanted a late night pizza before our early flight tomorrow. I ordered and it took over an hour on a Tuesday night ok no big deal I get it maybe its busy. So finally the driver shows up is very short and essentially puts a cold pizza with 1 paper plate in my hands. The sad part is this joint was less than 3 miles from my location... I had planned to tip them nicely in cash for delivering late but now im just here with my hard cold pizza. Would not recommend. In addition after the delivery, I reach out to the location 2 times abd was hung up on both times... Just outrageous.
