  Location is what saves this place (for now). Since Landry's takeover, food is consistently lower quality. I keep giving it a chance because of the good location- but there are other options if you're going to drop the money for it. Too bad as it used to have 5-stars in all categories until new ownership. I give it a limited lifespan as they can fill that location with 5-star service and food quality for the price instead of what it has become. :(

  So we've been going here pretty much every year for the last 10 years to celebrate my father's birthday. This year stands out the most, and we all felt the same way. The main reason for this is our server Jasmine! She was exceptional and friendly, smiled, but not fake, I felt she genuinely wanted to make us happy and I felt a huge difference this year vs the past. My steak came out overdone and she made it right and also Management went above and beyond our expectations. We didnt even have to complain, they were ontop of it and made sure to get it right. Thank you for a great experience Del Friscos! And again Jasmine you rock!

  Food was amazing as always, unfortunately had to wait a bit o over 30 min despite having a reservation. Nonetheless excellent service and food. I recommend the steak and cheese egg rolls !

  I placed and paid for my order online, but when I arrived, I was told it hadn’t been prepared. The front staff seemed unsure of what they were doing, and the service overall was disappointing. I asked for my butter cake to be warmed, and it was served hard. The cheesecake was overpriced and very small for the cost. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this experience and wish I could receive a refund. I would not recommend this location.

  Unfortunately, our experience at Del Frisco’s Seaport was incredibly disappointing. It took 45 minutes to receive our drinks and table bread, and despite management apologizing and kindly sending complimentary appetizers, the delays continued throughout the evening. A second manager apologized and offered to take $35 off our check, then returned to explain he had mistaken us for another table but would still honor it, which we appreciated. Our entrées arrived about 30 minutes later, but all three filets were significantly undercooked—one ordered medium-well and two medium-rare were served rare. My short rib was also dry with burnt edges. In total, we were there for nearly three hours for three courses. Unfortunately, we also became very sick after the meal and had to cancel our plans for the rest of the evening and go home. I understand restaurants can have an off night, and I appreciate that management tried to address some of the issues. However, for a restaurant of this caliber and price point, the overall service and food quality were extremely disappointing. Sadly, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and we will not be returning.
