  Was deciding to go Raising Cane or Chipotle. Regretted choosing Chipotle! The restaurant is so filthy that I had to get out quick and forgotten to photos. Horrible service from the crew. No Honey Chicken when they have posters everywhere?? And no sour cream…terrible, no improvement since my last visit to another store. Same dirty restaurant…

  They were out of black beans, brown rice and bags. I ordered my bowl to go, and before I even walked out the front door. It was dripping I live local and truly this chipotle is gross dirty, and appears inhabitable every time I go, and I instantly regret it: The Cambridge location is way better and cleaner

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered in person, and the employee flat-out refused to give me guacamole, claiming they were “out.” Meanwhile, I was literally staring at a full container of guacamole behind the counter. She then changed her story and said it was being reserved for online orders only—which made no sense considering the customer directly in front of me was served guacamole without any issue. Being lied to and treated differently than other customers is incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you’re going to refuse service or reserve items for online orders, at least be honest and apply the policy consistently. This experience was disrespectful, misleading, and has seriously made me question whether I’ll return.

  This was, without question, the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I placed a mobile order for pickup expecting the convenience that Chipotle advertises. Instead, my order was over 20 minutes late, and when I finally received it, it was missing nearly half of the ingredients I paid for. At that point, it wasn’t even the meal I ordered. Thinking customer support would make things right, I contacted them through the chat. That turned out to be an even bigger disappointment. The representative basically told me they “can’t satisfy everyone’s order,” offered no solution, no refund, no replacement, and then abruptly ended the chat. That’s not customer service—that’s dismissing paying customers. Mistakes happen. Restaurants get busy. But serving incomplete orders, making customers wait well past the promised pickup time, and then refusing to take any responsibility afterward is completely unacceptable. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience. Instead, I paid full price for half a meal and wasted my time trying to get someone to care. If this is the level of quality control and customer service Chipotle is comfortable providing, I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. Do better. This experience wasn’t just disappointing—it was insulting.
