  I went to this Chipotle in person because I’m vegetarian for religious reasons and wanted to make sure my order was prepared correctly. I asked for a bowl with white rice, black beans, and sofritas. The first scoop of black beans contained a piece of meat. When I pointed it out, the employee tried to remove the meat and continue making the same bowl instead of immediately starting over. I requested a new bowl, but when he scooped the black beans again, there was another piece of meat in them. At that point, I said I would not be completing the order. I asked to speak with the manager and discovered that the employee serving me was the manager. When I explained why this was a serious problem—especially for someone who avoids meat for religious reasons—he simply stared blankly and repeatedly said, “Okay.” There was no apology, concern, or attempt to address the contaminated ingredients. Cross-contamination is already concerning, but the manager’s complete lack of care made the experience much worse. This experience showed me exactly why Chipotle’s quality and reputation are declining.

  Had a rather disappointing experience here. At first they were out of pico de gallo and sour cream, even though it was hardly 7:30pm. And then I found out my rice was undercooked. Update: I changed the review from 2 stars to 1 star after watching the worker clean the utensil station. I'm pretty sure the cleaning solution got onto the utensils while she cleaned. (Seems that they were supposed to remove the utensils before they clean, which the worker did not do). Yikes! I spoke to the manager about this afterwards about these issues. Manager said they will address these issues. I really hope they make some improvements here.

  This gotta be the worst chipotle on the face of the earth. I don’t even write reviews, but this place makes me so mad. They’re regularly out one of the meats, rices, and just about everything else at some point. Their soda machine works a good 50% of the time, and is stocked with ice about 50% of the time it works. Today I showed up, and their register was down. If there was an award for worst ran chain restaurant, I’d give it to this Chipotle location. I almost want to give up all of my career goals and manage this location to make it even the least bit functional.
