  The worst Chipotle location in the city. Do not place online orders as they're always running 15 minutes behind. For some reason they never place the bags in the pickup shelves, so dozens of people are squeezed in a small area awkwardly peering over the drink station looking for their orders among the 100 bags behind the counter. They need a dedicated order order employee to clear the lines.

  A very dirty place. They charged me an avocado even though I didn't buy it. I had to give them a refund. And in front of me, people in the neighborhood also had their money stolen from them, which they didn't put in. But the client didn't take the receipt like me and didn't notice the deception.

  It is located at the downtown and on the Boston Freedom trail. The building was a bookstore at 1800s. Now it is a restaurant so we visited in order the see the historical building. If you like spicy food it is your restaurant. But It is too spicy for me.

  I’m a wheelchair user, and this was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant has an elevator, but I was told it was “out of service.” It appeared to be blocked because it was being used to store boxes and other items. If an elevator is provided for accessibility, it should be kept clear and available for customers who need it. I hope management addresses this issue so everyone can access the restaurant safely and with dignity.
