This place is so unprofessional, the place was empty and it took 20 minutes for someone to finally take out order. The food was cold and didn’t taste fresh. The lady that took my order wasn’t even in uniform, the other employee there was on a phone call in the kitchen, there was an electric scooter in the kitchen!? Definitely never coming back to this location.

Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The hours posted on the door say they close at 11 PM, and Google also lists the closing time as 11 PM. Nowhere did we see anything stating that the restaurant closes to walk-in customers at 10 PM and is only open from 10–11 PM for online order pickup. My boyfriend and I arrived right around 10 PM and were simply told they were closed and that we could only order online. No apology or explanation. Several employees were sitting inside on their phones. So we left, stood outside, and placed an online order as instructed. When we came back around 10:15 PM to pick it up, the doors were locked—even though we could see another customer inside picking up an order. We knocked multiple times trying to get someone’s attention. When someone finally came to the door, instead of simply explaining the situation or helping us get the order we had just been told to place, they yelled at us. If the policy is that walk-in ordering ends at 10 PM but online pickup continues until 11 PM, that needs to be clearly posted. And if customers are being instructed to place an online order, they need to actually be able to get inside to pick it up. The confusing hours were frustrating enough, but the way we were treated made the experience significantly worse. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service.

I’m normally a big Chipotle fan, but the protein portions at this location have become consistently and noticeably small. I have cancer and follow strict low/no-carb guidelines, so my usual order is a bowl with double chicken, veggies, pico, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole — no rice or beans. Because the carb fillers are missing, the chicken is the bulk of the meal. What I receive here for “double chicken” is frequently the size of a single scoop at other Chipotle locations in the area. It’s common to watch the employee shake the spoon so pieces fall back into the bin before putting it in the bowl. It doesn’t feel accidental. I don’t write reviews lightly. I rely on these bowls when I’m going through treatment and don’t have the energy to cook. I regularly leave still hungry. Places like Cava and Sweetgreen default to a more generous protein portion as their standard; I don’t expect Chipotle to match that, but ordering double chicken should actually deliver a double portion. This location’s portioning makes an otherwise reliable option unreliable for people who need the protein.
