  This place is horrible there isn’t even a restaurant I came here thinking that there was actual food but all I saw was a sign and some cars they mark it on the gps as and actual restaurant this should not have been the first thing that shows up

  First of all the food was delicious and they threw in some cookie samples and a brownie for our troubles. I was not a fan of the atmosphere. This chick fil a is a food pickup location so you go into a waiting room and pick up your food. I think some work could be done to make the pickup area more visually pleasing and with a better flow. It also took quite a while for my food to be ready, more than my normal chick fila.

  Always a fantastic experience! The food is delicious and consistently fresh, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. I love the cozy atmosphere and how quickly they get your order ready—makes every visit a joy!

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Chick-fil-A location on 96 Shirley Street in Roxbury while picking up an order as a delivery driver. From the moment I arrived, there was a lack of organization and communication. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but instead of coordinating efficiently, they were dismissive and unresponsive when drivers asked for updates. I was left waiting far longer than expected with no clear information about the order status. What made the situation worse was the attitude from some employees — it felt like drivers were being treated as an inconvenience rather than part of the business. When I tried to ask about the order, the response was rushed and unhelpful, with no real effort to assist or acknowledge the delay. Time is critical for delivery drivers, and delays like this directly impact our earnings and ratings. Unfortunately, this location did not show the level of professionalism or respect that should be expected. I would strongly advise improvements in communication and driver handling, as this experience was disappointing and inefficient.
