We were in first minute on a Sunday. Dimitry was incredibly welcoming and made it an absolute joy. We were planning on just having a beer and resting for a minute, but Dimitry made us feel so at home that we stayed and hung out for a while.

My friends and I came here before a concert and it was a nice open atmosphere to gather, mingle, and get some food beforehand. Our server Cash was so great and patient despite a very large number of us!

I always have a great experience every time I visit. The staff are always so welcoming and on top of it even during their busiest times. The place is also a great atmosphere to dine in with friends with all the drinks, food, and gaming opportunities they have available. The variety of food is also pretty good, and they have a good selection for those who are pretty picky like myself. The last time I went, Charlie was really sweet and communicated well during the last rush I was there for, so if you’re ever there, definitely recommend him. Great place and love visiting when I’m around the area!

Food is good. Service is OK. The manager? with the blonde pixie cut is not friendly and needs people skills. While walking in for dinner at 8pm (we are in our 40s, not kids.. regardless of whether that should matter when it comes to professionalism), she was out front with the bouncer. We gave our IDs to the bouncer and then blonde manager? who had been talking to him walked in ahead of us. As we're at the host stand she doesn't ask us if we want a table so we walk past her and say we're going to the bar. I had a vape in my hand being that I'm actively walking in from outside and she says OK. Put that vape away!! Um? Obviously? Get a better attitude and don't lecture me like someone who's had to say something previously. She was just very rude for no reason to a patron just arriving. It was NOT busy by the way. Very quiet after the concert rush. As 2 people we ordered sliders and 1 pizza for dinner, sliders were delivered by themselves by same blonde manager with nothing to say about the pizza. 10 min go by and I had to ask the bartender where the pizza was. He did not notice it wasn't there until I asked.. not busy, 5 people at the bar. There are better places on Landsdowne.
