Earth and Allison provided outstanding service they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great food, excellent customer service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back

We LOVED The Chart House! It was our first time to visit. It is in the cutest old building on the wharf. We had the three course meal and some specialty cocktails. The steak was amazing! We also got a side of lobster tail, because we were in Boston and had to. The lava cake was so yummy, too! Our server David was so nice and very attentive to everything we needed. We will definitely come back and highly recommend asking for David as your server! Oh, and the playlist was great, too! Great ambiance with fun music!

We loved our meal at Chart House. We went for my wife's birthday, and she was really happy. Our waiter, Nick, made sure everything was done perfectly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We had so many great meals around Boston, but this one was our favorite. We had crab cakes, lobster, steak, scrod, asparagus, and my son had mac n cheese, and everything was outstanding. Really cooked perfectly and delicious. Would definitely recommend for higher-end meal. As a bonus, we were seated right next to John Hancock's old safe from colonial days. Very cool.

We live in Texas, and this was our second time to visit Boston and to go to Chart House! Each time we ate here, the food was amazing…which was a huge reason we wanted to go back. We invited others to join us, and each meal was incredible. The atmosphere is absolutely something to experience, and our server, Alisson, was very attentive and wonderful. We absolutely tell our friends to visit and experience Chart House, when they visit Boston. It’s a wonderful way to learn some valuable history and enjoy an excellent meal. We highly recommend!

Had a really nice dinner at Chart House in Boston. Our server Ada was excellent — professional, knew the menu inside and out, answered all our questions, and even helped us tweak a couple things. Made the experience so much better. Yeah it’s touristy, but if you’re in Boston and looking for a solid meal in a nice little area, I’d still recommend it. We sat upstairs and it was cozy — good lighting, comfortable booth. Had no idea it was a Landry’s restaurant until after. Halibut and cod were both great. My husband’s filet was cooked perfectly. My son’s lobster risotto was delicious. Portions ran a little small for the price, and I personally wish I’d swapped my potatoes for rice or risotto (just prefer it with fish). Apps were solid — oysters and shrimp cocktail were good, bread basket was nice, and the wine was really good. Only miss was the crème brûlée flight. Would’ve rather just had a classic crème brûlée with some seasonal fruit. Keep it simple. Overall still a good meal and I’d go back.
