Brought my staff here for a work dinner and had a great time. Easy to set up a reservation for 10+ and each person enjoyed their meal and drinks. Service was friendly and prompt and there was never a lull in the evening. Overall, a great experience at this Chart House location and its spot on the water makes for a nice walk before the sun sets.

We visited The Chart House on the harbour in Boston and had the Cobb salad and lobster roll — both were absolutely outstanding. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared and genuinely some of the best we’ve had on our trip.
What really made the experience though was the service. Friendly, attentive and welcoming without ever being over the top. The atmosphere overlooking the harbour was fantastic and, considering the quality and location, we found everything to be very reasonably priced.
A brilliant Boston dining experience and somewhere we would happily return to. Highly recommended.

We recently dined at Chart House with colleagues and overall had a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and a classic waterfront atmosphere that makes it a nice place for dinner with friends or colleagues. The staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming throughout our visit. The service, however, was a little slower than expected, especially during busy hours. The food presentation was excellent, though some dishes were slightly saltier than our preference, and the desserts were sweeter than usual. Despite that, the quality of ingredients and overall dining experience were still enjoyable. One area that could definitely use improvement is the washrooms, which felt quite small and congested considering the size and popularity of the restaurant.
Overall, a good dining experience with a great setting and friendly staff, with a few areas that could be refined further.

Everything was amazing. We came without a reservation and they were able to seat us right away. Everything from food to service was excellent. The lobster Mac n’ cheese and mini lava cake were definitely our favorite items.
Hands down it was also the best service we have had at a restaurant in quite awhile.
If you’re looking for a great place to try while in Boston, you can’t go wrong with this place.

Most of the time I’m a bit disappointed when we dine out. This is not the case at the Chart House. The food and service was top notch. We started with the Bruschetta and ended up in a fight for the last bit on the plate ( no fists, just forks) the flavors were perfect and unlike any I have ever had before. The kids chose Mac and cheese and we were happy to pay for something other than craft. The lemon herb Salmon and Filet did not disappoint. The whole experience was delightful and I can’t wait to return.
