  I actually haven’t tried the food yet since I just picked up my order, but I wanted to leave a review because of the service. Misha was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. She made my first-ever experience at Kava such a positive one. Honestly, even if I end up not loving the food, I’d still come back because of how warmly I was treated. People like her make a big difference. Thank you, Misha! 😊

  The portion was so small it was ridiculous. The Best Cava is the one on Union St. in Braintree the Best. The Cava on Boylston Street give you small serving like you didn't just pay for the food never again one small piece of pita bread. Nope going back to Braintree where they give you nice serving the employees like Maria, Jayden, Caylee and Amarion are friendly to there customers. The Best Cava

  I really didn't like the service from the cashier Misha. She wasn't paying attention to me and was too focused on her phone and not on customer service 👎 Terrible service, although the food was good

  “Quiero expresar lo satisfecha que quedé con mi experiencia en CAVA. Desde el momento en que llegué, recibí una atención excepcional y un ambiente muy agradable. La comida estuvo deliciosa, fresca y preparada con mucha calidad, demostrando el buen servicio que ofrecen a sus clientes. También quiero destacar especialmente el excelente trato de Rubiely Rodriguez, quien me atendió con mucha amabilidad, respeto y profesionalismo. Su carisma, paciencia y dedicación hicieron que mi visita fuera aún más especial y agradable. Es una persona muy atenta que realmente sabe brindar un servicio al cliente de excelencia. Sin duda, fue una experiencia maravillosa que superó mis expectativas. Recomiendo este lugar a todas las personas que deseen disfrutar de buena comida y una atención de primera.   Absolutely unacceptable experience. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing for a simple to-go order something that should not have been an issue, especially since we had dined there before. Instead, the situation escalated in a shocking and dangerous way. The server became aggressive and, incredibly, threatened my friend with a knife. We felt unsafe and had no choice but to leave immediately. This was not just poor service this was a serious safety concern.
