  the food is absolutely delicuous but the drink was truly somehting like nothing ive ever drank. i do think you guys could benefit from looking into a more drinkable drink menu bUT it was a great fix after a dissapointing wait at Fenway park. Hope you guys have a great summer. BUSY STREET PROCEED WITH GREAT CAUTION!

  This is one of the nicest CAVA I have been in, everything looked so clean and nice and as usual the food had an extremly well made flavor, but the best was the staff service, they were all so welcoming and hardworking, though my trip in Boston one of the best places to eat!!!

  On their website they show you the bowls full of food but it was a far cry from what I received. I have been coming to Cava for years but depending on which store you go to they can either actually give you what you ordered or a very small portion of food and you still pay the same price. I paid almost $40 for two bowls and you could fit both portions sizes into one bowl. I'm not sure if this is an expectation the new CEO is wanting them to follow but until it changes, I won't be back.

  Hi everyone!👋 My name is Bruno, I'm from Brazil and I've being travelling in Boston for a few weeks and I decided to visit this place, and it was such a grateful surprise that I needed to do this review. I was welcomed by "Lucy" and she was so respectful and cute with me that I almost felt in love with her (just kidding😁) From the outside to the interior, this place is so clean and cozy, I almost forgot of the problems in my life 😂(it's spacious too) But I'm serious, and I need to compliment the food - I liked it very much AND I recommend this place to everyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUCY AND CAVA FRIENDS!!! Love 4 y'all ❤

  Before ordering, I asked the clerk if they had the military discount. He said that they do and continue to make my food. Upon checkout, he asked the manager for help. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude and would not give me the military police discount when I told her that I was military. I showed her my ID and she said it was only for police and firefighters. I expected some professionalism and respect during this miscommunication but instead I just received lethargy and fleeting looks. I will never come back here again. I’ve received the discount before with no problems but even if the rules had changed, I would still expect professionalism and respect. I told them that I won’t be purchasing it then, and the clerk seemed shocked and the manager did not care at all and shrugged her shoulders. There were no other patrons in the store, I wonder if that has to do with the disrespect customers receive. I recognize we all have hard days, but there’s no need to project on others.
