I got a rain bagels and was taken aback on how delicious warm and tasty it was. A stand out employee Flavio was very welcoming, pleasant with conversation and patient while taking my order. It"s great to start my day with encountering wonderful customer service which set me up into taking that feeling into performing my job. I pay it forward.
