I tried to have them remake both and one time they wouldn't and the last time they did it was even worse. I was a little surprised.

The girl who worked here was great always had my coffee ready and I would leave a 5 dollar tip. Then guy starts there and says we open at 5, it's fine I will take my business to Cumberland farms, way to lose money and good will for your dunkin. An end of an era.

It's either dry or not cooked all the way and the coffee is only made correctly by a few certain employees. You can really tell that some employees really don't care. And really some do with a smile on their face. And for that I thank those employees. There's a certain manager, older woman with glasses (wish I knew the name) that was gossiping to customers, saying her employees are awful and they're always late.I thought this was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Upon multiple visits, I have overheard her being passive aggressive towards her employees and making comments. This is not professional. Please do better Dunkin!!!
