  I have been going to this location for several years for lunch because it is close to the company I work for. It wasn't too bad. I'd say it was a typical Subway, nothing fancy but a quick sandwich when you need one. When Covid hit I was sent home and did not stop in for the 2 year period I was working from home. Then, when I got back to the office and visited for the first time, something had changed. The service had dropped off drastically. The soda machine was broken down and stayed broken down for an extended period of time, I'd say well over a year, maybe longer. They claimed the machine was going to be replaced but it took an awful long time to do so. I still went in to get sandwiches but less often. Then, I took a break because I was tired of the soda machine always being down and found other places nearby to get a sandwich at. Well, last week I decided to go back because I needed a quick lunch. I was told that there was no artisan bread. No biggy, I just took the multigrain instead. Then when I went to get a soda, the machine was only dispensing soda water so something was wrong. I tried several of the dispensers and each one only put out soda water. I was not informed this was a problem before getting my drink. I ended up with lemonade because it was the only thing the machine would give me. Today I needed a quick lunch so I ordered online. When I arrived I was told my order was not filled because they ran out of bread. I could choose a wrap or flat bread instead. okay, I took the flat bread. After filling my order another person came in and was able to get multigrain bread for his sandwich. I thought they were out of bread? Then when I tried to get a drink, the machine was still only dispensing soda water. I once again was stuck with lemonade. When I got back to the office and bit into the sandwich, the woman making it put mayo on it when I ordered aioli. Well, I guess I have to finally admit defeat. There is another subway close by, I will start going there instead. This location is obviously poorly run and poorly staffed.

  Workers where are very nice, and happy. The place is also very clean.

  The food was great but the guy behind the counter on the day I went 04/01/26 was very creepy. His whole demeanor was very unsettling and off putting. He made both me and my mother very uncomfortable. First of all when he asked if I wanted cheese, I had asked “what kinds do you guys have?” And he just smiled weirdly at me and put provolone on the sub. Second of all, when my mother asked for a second sandwich, he laughed it off and said something like “it’ll take long to make four sandwiches” even though we only got three total… idk overall he was just weird. He was also trying to pry and ask me where I was from (not weird but just thought I’d include that) I would not recommend going to this place as a woman, especially if you are by yourself.

  Come here frequently and the food is always correct and the staff is so kind. Especially Kajal always makes sure my order is exactly how I like it and has helped me figure out how to use the app seeing I come in a good amount it was very worth it!!!
