    Domino’s delivery has never been good and unfortunately was proven once again during this instance. We saw our driver leave the Domino’s with our food and then immediately turn around and go back to the Domino’s location. We saw no movement to leave the building and after thirty five minutes of waiting my friends and I called the location. After politely asking about our order we received no help as they abruptly hung up on us and after trying to call again we were immediately hung up on with still no guidance as to where our food was and when it would arrive. After calling two more times about our order on a DIFFERENT phone there was still no solution after giving them the same information we had before. Ultimately, our delivery came an hour after the order was placed, but we had an unfortunate experience with the delivery driver and customer service.

    The delivery man was taking longer than it said it would take online, so my friend called the store to check in on our order because we also saw that our delivery man had came by our area and turned around to go back to the store. When we called the store, they hung up on us after we stated our concern and when we called back they said hi and then immediately hung up. We proceeded to call multiple times and each time we were met with little to no help, attitude, and clearly made up excuses for why we weren’t getting our food. Eventually we got it, almost an hour past the estimated delivery time. Long story short, delivery is slow, and customer service is very poor.

    I placed a large event order with Domino's weeks in advance and still had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite having plenty of notice, the store somehow lost the order entirely. After the mistake was discovered, the pizzas were eventually prepared, but they arrived so late that many of our guests had already left before the food showed up. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. There was no sincere apology, no effort to make the situation right, and no compensation offered for the inconvenience. Instead, I was met with attitude when trying to get answers about what happened. Interestingly, they had no problem charging my credit card for an order they failed to properly manage. When you place a large event order weeks in advance, you expect a business to be prepared and reliable. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If you're planning a party, meeting, or any event where timing matters, I would strongly recommend not relying on this location. The experience was unprofessional, disruptive, and unacceptable. I will be challenging the charge with my credit card company.

    Workers accuse me of scamming them for extra Pizza… I walk in and they tell me my pizza was taken by someone else. I have no idea how that person would know my name, it doesn’t make sense to me. The only idea that comes to mind is the big TV they have that says people’s names on it and when their orders are ready. The store workers then accuse me of working with the person that stole my pizza and say they can’t make me a new one. They initially refused to make me a new one, but then made me a the pizzas when I demanded a refund. This was ridiculous. I have a job and way better things to do than work with an old man to steal $30 dollars worth of pizza. Also the delivery driver pushed the side view mirrors from their initial position when she parked near my car. I bet she did that when she saw her coworker complain about making me food. I have been coming to this location for 10 years, I am now never coming here again.
