  Terrible service. The attendant was extremely rude, impatient, and completely dismissive. I politely asked her to put the beans in first, and she simply stopped, looked at me, and said, “NO.” I asked again, politely, and she repeated, “NO!” I was trying to stay calm and avoid an unnecessary confrontation, so I simply turned around and left. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Customers deserve basic courtesy and respect, especially when they are treating you respectfully. If an employee is unwilling to even listen to a simple request about an order, it makes you wonder how seriously they take other aspects of the service when customers aren’t watching. I understand that everyone has bad days and that restaurant work can be exhausting. But being tired or having a bad day is not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Basic professionalism and common courtesy are the bare minimum. Very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back.

  If I could give this 0 stars I would employee's messed my order and I politely asked for a new one the manager started saying there was only 1 chicken and in reality there was more then 5 and she gave me a very spicy one that made me throw up. Im never coming back

  Chipotle in Billerica is a convenient and well located spot that gets a lot of things right operationally. The dining area is consistently available and well maintained, and the speed of service is genuinely impressive — online orders are typically ready within 10 minutes, which for a fast casual spot is exactly what you want. If you're picking up a quick lunch or dinner on a busy day, the location and execution on that front works reliably. Where it falls short is food consistency, which is ultimately the most important thing for a restaurant to get right. The experience isn't always the same visit to visit — the rice can come out dry, and the protein portions are sometimes noticeably lighter than what you'd expect, which is frustrating when you're paying a price point that's climbed steadily over the past few years. For a chain that built its reputation on fresh, consistent bowls, this kind of variability shouldn't be happening as regularly as it does. The location and convenience keep me coming back, but the inconsistency on the food side is what holds this at three stars. Get the execution right on every visit and this is easily a four star location.
