- BBbradJul 27, 20261.0Unprofessional and disruptive staff behavior, I am writing this review to bring attention to a persistent and highly unprofessional issue with the floor staff at this Shaw's location. While shopping, I have repeatedly noticed employees making remarks and calling me "crazy" simply because I am focused on my shopping and not making eye contact or looking directly at them.As a paying customer, I should be able to navigate the aisles in peace without being subjected to mocking, whispering, or weird comments from the staff. It is incredibly uncomfortable to be targeted just for minding my own business.Management needs to address employee conduct and train their staff on basic customer respect and boundaries. Shoppers deserve a peaceful environment, not high school locker room behavior from grown adults. I hope to see this corrected, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
