She accidentally picked up the wrong order because the number was similar, but as soon as she realized, she politely apologized to the staff and explained the mistake. When her correct order was ready, the employee gave her a dirty look, and when she asked for ranch while showing her receipt, the employee tossed it at her instead of handing it respectfully. This interaction left my daughter feeling very upset and close to tears. I hope management addresses this, as customers especially young ones deserve to be treated with basic kindness and respect.
