I placed an online order and arrived to find a massive line of people just waiting to pick up their food. We were all completely ignored by the staff. The most frustrating part was that my food was sitting right there, ready to go. When another customer and I tried to look for our names to speed things up, we were snapped at and told to stay away from the counter. If the staff actually handed out the orders, we wouldn’t have to look for them ourselves! I stood there for 10 minutes while my food got cold right in front of me. Great food isn't worth this level of disrespect and poor management.
