I never have issues with staff at fast food restaurants or otherwise, but I felt compelled to leave a review because the staff were so terrible. The place is a dumpster fire as well. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was opened. I was charged double for everything I ordered, and unfortunately didn't notice until I left the restaurant.
- ETEric ThompsonJul 15, 20261.0This location is one of the worst-run Chipotles I’ve been to. Nearly every visit, they’re out of a major ingredient like steak, cheese, or another item. It’s a clear sign of poor management. The employees are generally friendly and do what they can, so I don’t blame them. If management can’t keep basic ingredients in stock at a restaurant with such a simple menu, they’re failing at one of the most fundamental parts of the job. Customers shouldn’t have to wonder what won’t be available every time they walk in, especially while paying full price. Until management gets its act together and learns how to properly run this location, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We have ordered from here a couple of times and have enjoyed Chipotle for the last few months, but this experience was unacceptable. We paid $40 for two bowls, expecting the full portions we usually receive. Instead, we got bowls that were barely half full. The picture shows exactly how sparse and empty the meal was. If this is the quantity and quality of food you are going to serve, we will spend our money elsewhere.
